Participating Studio Policies
Dance lessons, group classes, events, parties, rentals, packages, gift certificates, and related physical services are generally offered by the participating studio identified during booking or checkout. That studio's disclosed cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, expiration, and refund rules apply unless law requires otherwise.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Use the booking or payment controls in Ballroom Booking when available, or contact the participating studio shown on the booking or receipt. Ballroom Booking support may help route a request or investigate a technical payment problem, but the studio generally decides eligibility for a physical-service refund. Packages, Credits, and Gift Certificates
Unused package credits are subject to the issuing studio's written terms and applicable law. Used, transferred, promotional, expired, or partially consumed packages may have different refund treatment.
Gift certificates offered through the app are intended for eligible in-person services from the issuing studio. They are not digital app currency. Redemption, expiration, transfer, replacement, and refund rules are governed by the issuing studio's disclosed terms and applicable gift-certificate law.
Events, Parties, Rentals, and Incorrect Charges
Deposits, minimum charges, late-cancellation charges, and nonrefundable preparation costs must be disclosed before purchase. If the studio cancels an event or cannot provide the purchased service, the studio will offer the remedy required by its policy and applicable law.
Report duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges promptly to the studio and Ballroom Booking support. Do not share full card numbers or card security codes through support messages.
Studio Software Subscriptions
A studio's subscription to Ballroom Booking software is a digital business service and is separate from client purchases of dance services. Cancellation, renewal, and refund terms for studio subscriptions are governed by the studio's order form, subscription agreement, or checkout terms. The client mobile app will not sell or upgrade those software subscriptions.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google do not process the app's payments for physical dance and studio services. Requests concerning those payments should be directed to the participating studio or Ballroom Booking support, not to an app-store refund flow.
